Location and access are great, right on Thames Street in Oamaru's main business area (two doors from Campbell's Butchery). Having two street frontages provides convenient parking with the backup of 12 additional parks out back. Inside you'll find an impressive 450sqm of retail displays bristling with all the latest and greatest for your next outdoor adventure. Special attention has been given to the interior theme which brings the outdoors indoors with an ambience created by displays and shop fittings custom crafted from local timbers by Brian Cooper (Weka Art, Golden Bay). Our local knowledge is evident in the specialist gear selections whatever the department. Freshwater - Waitaki River gear for salmon not to mention trout tackle for all rivers, lakes, dams and of course the hydro canals at the head of the Waitaki Valley. Hunting - North Otago is a true sportsman's paradise so we carry everything hunting from fi****ms and ammo to optics and accessories for the deer, pigs, ducks, geese, quail, chukar, rabbits, goats, tahr, chamois and wallaby hunting. Of course for campers we stock everything from tents through to camp cutlery!

Good Customer out pig hunting with the new Pulsar Symbion Binocular thermal Bino's. This recording was from 1 km away. The clarity is unreal . You will see a hunter bottom right going to the bail. The pig weighed was a 150Lb Boar

SAD NEWS .Trevor has decided to move to Christchurch to be closer to family. Trevor has been a great loyal worker for us for the past 5 1/2 years and a great team member for our business and work colleague. All the best you will be hard person to replace. We all wish you well for the future.

I’d like to thank Quinny and Ingrid for putting up with me for the last 51/2 years and giving me the opportunity to work with them and Stef and Jackie. I enjoyed my time there and meeting so many great people. To all those great customers, thanks for putting your trust in my knowledge and service. Farewell to all, I will miss you.
