We're on the move again, we do this quite a lot if you've been following on, always leveling up + letting the universe take the lead, she always provides!

I'm feeling a wee life shake up, a vibe shake up + a rebrand here, really digging deep into myself.

Yesterday my mum sent through some old high school pics of me, the ones where you don't recognize yourself, I was a bit of a messy emo at times but in one of the pics it took me back to how free + fun I was, I have a huge full smile, something I dont really feel like I do often, I don't really see myself that way anymore. But in this move I want to shed the boring a little grumpy version of me + truly be my wildflower self!

Happy Mothers Day to all you Wildflower Mama's raising babes who will push back + do incredible things ✨️

Who else got to take in this beauty last night?

We were up in Kaitaia for the night, bundled into car in our PJs and took it in on 90 Mile Beach, was total magic!

I've been bloody quiet on here I know, we're headed back dairy farming so appreciating all the chill + overnight impulsive adventure! We're all so looking forward to it, packing madly but know that with it comes a tie to home + the cows 🐄

Whoops! Disappeared for a couple of weeks there 🤪

Hectic, football season has started for me (f**k yessss), Barclay + Moss, lots of kids activities, some exciting life stuff, a rare night away for Sam and I, Mossys first sleepover, as usual plenty of fishing + then just normal life ticking away!

Oh and daylight savings coming just to f**k sleep up too 😂

Who else hates daylight savings? The sign that chilly weather is on the way! Nooooo!

'Here's to strong women. May we know them, may we be them, may we raise them.'

Happy Women's Day!

I was reflecting on this yesterday, my wild strong future woman I am raising, Sylvie. The world can be so cruel + I know many women harden as they age, we expect the world to s**t on us some what. But my Sylvie, she has softened. Will she still say 'f**k off' when needed? Absolutely, I hear it almost daily 🤭

But when she was a small babe she hated the world, she would glare right through everyone, resting bitch face nailed from day one. When she hit 4 or 5 she came out of her shell, wild, a performer, loud. Now she's 11 + I'm watching her bloom, she's tender + sweet, she needs more cuddles + is finding herself needing more + more time alone in peace. I love that for her + I hope the world around her can help keep her soft but strong 💪

Are you a dreamer or not? Do you remember your dreams?

I woke up bawling in the middle of the night last night, had the most awful dream!

My kids had chosen to go to school, now I don't think school is the devil but obviously we homeschool for a reason, many reasons really. What was really triggering in my dream is that they were all in matching immaculate uniforms, they didn't look like my wild little babes, they looked like clones of each other + all the other kids they were around. They weren't individuals!

I was analyzing it hard this morning, as I normally do with dreams, they've all been a bit tough to be around lately, a combination of being in a small house + being in each other's space constantly but also the ages + stages they're at. One verging on teenhood, one coming into her pre teen hormonal self + one boundary pushing, super wild 6 year old. It felt like my dream was a much needed reminder of the number one reason we homeschool, to maintain their individuality, to keep that spark in them, to tailor life + learning to their needs, to keep their feral + wild!
