A surprise visit..well a breath of fresh air,
Max and Mary old school friends of Martins called in with a focus on not the shop but friendships.
But hey you gotta open and have a play.
Central Otago is a melting pot of the best.
Aren't we Lucky..again!

Save the date!
9th-12 th July,

Oturehua Hall is hosting its second Winter Art Show.
Last year was a huge success and this year is lining up to be equally as good.

Martin will be in the line up for the second year displaying his works alongside 4 others.
This year will showcase Sculpture, Paintings, Drawings and a collection of hand made knives.

A great way to support NZ artists, meet new people and have a chance to speak directly to the artist themselves.

It's been a great season, it's been so fun!
There are many to Thank and acknowledge for their support.
It does take a Village in all things to support any new endeavour.

We have had it in spades from friends and Locals, our Ranfurly and Nasby people, the strangers, the international travelers, our new friends, our families and return customers.

Now, Meet Darling Miss Arie, younger sister to Remy, Martins Grandaughters who were here to celebrate Grandad Marty's birthday...a wee visit to our shop and she emerged with her handpicked happiness.

We have chosen our Brass Monkey weekend to finish out the season.

What a great way to close up until we restock and reopen in the warmer months.

Thank you all.

Our dear friend Reda has spent the morning with us here in the Shop.
We have to share her with the West Coast so we try and keep her for as long as humanly possible.

New to the shop..
❤️ Crabapple Jelly.❤️
Non stop....Cooking ,Straining and Reboiling.
We have over 35 jars available at
$14.00 each.

I wouldn't have felt near as confident to achieve this if I didn't have a Nan who had shown me.
An upside down stool with a muslin cloth holding the pulp to drip into a pot in our wash house was not uncommon.

What emerges from the second boil is the most incredible Apple flavored tinted jelly.

PM me to secure your jar or call in.
