💃 WE’RE HIRING - WELLINGTON 💃
We’re looking for a new team member to join Ashley Ellen Dancewear & Pointe Fittings in Wellington 🤍
We’re after someone who loves dance, loves people and would enjoy becoming part of a small, family-run NZ dance business.
This is a 3–5 day per week role and would suit someone who is confident working independently, reliable and keen to learn.
The role includes:
✨ Helping dancers find their perfect dancewear & footwear
🩰 Learning our specialist pointe shoe fitting process
👯 Building relationships with dancers, parents & studios
🛍️ Running the store, including opening & closing
📦 Stock, merchandising & day-to-day store tasks
💬 Providing warm, knowledgeable customer service
Pointe fitting experience isn't required - we’ll provide training for the right person. We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in dance, a willingness to learn and the confidence to eventually take responsibility for the store independently.
Dance experience or dance retail experience is a bonus, but we’re much more interested in finding the right person.
