See Art by Odele Dunn at Karaka Market - Saturday 10th October 2026

What makes you stop and look at a piece of art?

For me, it’s usually a combination of two things.

Sometimes it’s the feeling of a memory.

I remember that face, or those eyes. Something about it makes me feel like home, or reminds me of somewhere or someone.

And sometimes it’s something much more subtle - the way colour draws your eye across a painting, or how a little bit of contrast makes a dog’s eyes suddenly become the focus.

It’s those little details I find fun to play with, and I want something in my art to make you stop - and maybe feel something.

I’ll be bringing a selection of original artwork, prints and little giftable pieces to Karaka Market next Saturday the 10th.

Come and see what catches your eye 🤍
