The Chess set..........*sigh* I forgot I changed some settings last time I printed a PAWN........ it turned out just like the ones below..... I even looked at it as I was setting up to do the six in the photo and I STILL FKN FORGOT to undo the changes before slicing and dicing.

Some time ago I printed a couple of chess pieces from a 'Gothic Skull' set that turned out really well and Ive always wanted to finish it...... at the time it took 9hrs to print one piece and I didnt have the time or skills to improve on it. We'll I had another crack at it using Gold Silk filiment and spent the time to adjust the settings etc.
Im thinking of Gold and Copper chess pieces with a custom Rimu board....and more 💀 ☠️ 😁

My videoing skills still suck.... I didn't design this, I just copied the original in an effort to learn how it all works and fits together. I cut this from 4mm plywood and 3mm MDF, no glue, just friction fit parts. 3 metal springs and a bag of rubber bands...... the cat seems to like rubber bands. 😁

My apologies to anyone who has tried to contact me recently thru WhatsApp and not gotten a reply. The problem has been fixed.
I have been feeling unwell latley (chest infection) so progress on jobs has been slow but Im on the mend and I hope to be back at full strength in a week.
To those customers who have waited patiently for your jobs to be completed while I have been sick....Thanks for your custom and patience, I really appreciate it!
