Customer came to us with audio issues on his harley davidson bagger.

After looking over the bike we found wiring was the issue and found wiring rubbing on drive cog which cut throught the cable sleeving.

Re checked over all the audio and also found mids speaker had failed and amp had dropped a channel.

We upgraded the mids to some zeroflex ones for louder cleaner sound and remade a new custom harnesses for the bags, as well as fitted a new soundigital 4ch amp.

We designed and 3d printed spacer rings for the new mids and mounted to the bags and redone all wiring including rerun factory wiring that had not been run correctly and resecured it correctly so it was not hanging down rubbing on the rear wheel.

We also installed a zeroflex slimline sub do give that little extra mid/low kick the system was lacking. We used the top box as its enclosure with vents on under side with a breathable water resistant meme brain to stop water entering it.

After a retune on the harmony DSP, this system sounded clean. We are now just waiting on new 5x7 speakers for the bag lids for that extra sound.

All in all she sounds clean and loud and wiring looks way better.

Here’s some before and after shots. Will get an audio video tomorrow after we have installed the new amplified aerial.

We are getting pretty busy busy now with installs and harley audio systems and more.

Currently we have on the go =

Harley davidson in for a rewire and upgrade mids and install subwoofer.

1964 chevy impala for a full system and custom boot install ( harmony DSP, Morel Sense 62 fronts, nano 62 rears, evo2k and 4 x ZFX104 slimlines in boot )

Harley davidson coming in with a sound system issue.

Handle bar controls and waterproof cover for another harley davidson ( we upgraded his audio system )

Another 2 x dual 18 home audio enclosures.

A camera system and maintainance / full paint after hours for a local kindy ( yes we even contact to a local kindy as their repair man and maintaince guy )

Zapco DSP service and retune in a motorhome.

Auto electeical repair on another motorhome.

And thats just some of the jobs we have on over the next couple weeks.

Bring on summer longer days more day light meaning more work can be done.

Wana say a big thank you to mr and mrs Zeroflex for having me on their stand helping out, was a massive weekend with awesome vibes.
