Nudie Rudie is closing ❌
I remember the exact day I sat there with my newborn son, itching to do something with the time I now had after working full time as a teacher, to having a baby in lockdown. Time felt ample (oh how I wish I could go back and soak it up again haha) What started as an idea as a 4 month postpartum mum, got built into one of the coolest businesses and greatest little online communities. I have loved figuring out all things business, website, shipping, marketing, photography and social media! To say I learned a lot is a massive understatement!!!
Thank you to YOU if you liked, shared, purchased or commented on anything. It was always the best knowing that my content wasn’t just scrolled past as I would spend HOURS creating reels and captions and staying on brand, organising giveaway after giveaway for the beautiful mums who followed my page.
It takes a lot of vulnerability to put yourself out there online - more so because of the people that DO know you, than the strangers that don’t. You get scared of being judged for being cringe or talking on stories etc. Thank you to all that know me and asked how Nudie was going, or seemed interested or even bought from me. That meant the world!
And then the strangers that became friends whether it was through Nudie or Monat, what a weird online world we live in that can connect you from across the ditch or across the two islands. Thanks for the laughs and the constant voice messages of support!
I have spent the last few months doing a lot of personal growth and introspection and it has become more obvious to me that this season of being an online business has shifted as my family and personal life is shifting too.
