Nelson Bays Trade Supply Limited is looking for an experienced Trade Sales Superstar or a Retail /Trade Assistant on a full-time basis to join our team at 37 Beach Road, Richmond, reporting to the Store Manager.

Nelson Bays Trade Supply Limited was established in 2019 and specialises in trades that involve a trowel, providing services to interior plasterers, exterior plasterers, painters, tilers, bricklayers and concrete workers. We are looking for a new team member to join us as we continue to grow our Business. Further development opportunities are available, and we would like to work with someone who has ambition to grow in this area.

Role and Responsibility

• Customer service and administration;
• Trade customer relationship;
• Handle inbound calls with speed and efficiency;
• Educate clients on our services;
• Provide exceptional client service and build a strong clientele;
• General store duties.

Desirable qualities:

• Fork-lift licence;
• Trade Sales experience preferred;
• Experience in trades preferred.
