Waireka Honey - so much more than just honey

Waireka Honey is a honey shop on State Highway 1 R D 3 Palmerston North. My son Richard is our beekeeper we bring in mostly clover bush and some manuka honey. We also buy in specialty honeys from areas in New Zealand where the floral source is abundant and produces a good pure honey. For example our Rewarewa is sourced from the Te Puke area where there are some huge forests of Rewarewa trees . The bees go “nutty” over those beautiful red rewarewa flowers that flourish in late spring.

We have beautiful delicious honeys in New Zealand - come and see our huge range of honey.

Rewarewa is a very special honey to us - it is what we add to our very popular premium icecream.

Do call in sometime to check out the amazing range of products that come from the Bees and of course try one of our icecreams.
