Melon isn’t just a pretty colour. It’s built around contrast.
It’s one of those combinations that works across a surprisingly wide range of conditions.
In shallow, tannin-stained harbour water, the dark green gives you a strong base, while the white and pink create contrast and separation.
In dirty water, pair it with a bright UV Candy. Instead of bright + bright, you get visibility + contrast, helping the rig stand out without becoming one solid block of colour.
When the water cleans up, pair Melon with a highly reflective baitfish colour for flash, pattern and a more natural presentation.
The black spots break up the solid colours, while the gold glitter catches available light as your rig moves.
Melon is a seriously versatile option. 🎣
