I am still crushing hard on our Honey Calcite…. To me, she feels like nectar for the soul. An invitation to nourish the parts of ourselves that have been giving so much, and allow a little goodness to flow back in.

Her energy feels warm and steady, gently calling us home to our own inner light. To the quiet confidence of trusting ourselves, honouring our own pace and allowing ourselves to receive.

Her energy radiates within the solar plexus chakra, her warm golden colour symbolises that inner sun. You might work with her as a reminder to trust your own knowing, honour your boundaries and take a step towards what feels right for you.

Happy Monday, friends … oh, how I love the excitement of a new week! ✨

Last week’s lucky dips were an absolute hit with our younger friends, so of course I had to make some more to share this week! A little mystery, a little magic, and so much happiness tucked inside 🪄

The shop is full to the absolute brim with new treasures, from all the goodness flowing into the apothecary to the beautiful crystals finding their place on our shelves. Everywhere I look, there’s something I’m excited to share with you!

Join us today, for our Saturday tea ritual ✨ today, I’m sharing a warm Yerba Maté tea with honey & mint, which I’m already thinking, served chilled, could become my summer cocktail ✨

Interestingly, this has also been our most popular herb in the online store so far! It seems you’re feeling the pull towards this plant too 🌿

Where Chamomile whispers rest, Yerba Maté reminds me of my Mum singing each morning…… rise & shine…. time to get up!

Naturally containing caffeine, Maté brings a little lift to help you feel alert and ready for the day. Traditionally shared in South America, it also carries a beautiful story of hospitality, friendship and connection.

I love the idea of Maté as a companion for clarity, momentum and conscious action, a cup beside you as you journal, set intentions, create or begin something you’re ready to bring into the world.

Our new Love Mugs, smudge plates, Ritual Pots and a few other surprises have arrived… and we couldn’t be more excited to share them with you! ✨

Tracey has created our much-loved pink Love Mugs, alongside beautiful new lavender and pearl glazes for your collection, plus a fresh batch of our favourite smudge plates.

And this time, we’ve welcomed our new little Ritual Pots! Very much part of the Love Mug family, these beauties come with a grate for gently warming our loose incense blends. Or you might choose one as your own little ritual tea mug ….. a beautiful companion for whatever moment of pause you’re creating. 🤍

This magic is slowly making its way online, or you can visit us in store to explore all the goodness.

We’ve been having so much fun in the studio these school holidays! Yesterday it was alight with so much bracelet-making energy ✨

One of our favourite things is watching which crystals and little treasures the kids are drawn to. Their curiosity is magic in itself… so we thought we’d create a little extra fun for them.

The question is always, “How many tumbles can I get?” 🤭 So we’ve gone a little extra with lucky dips filled with tumbles, vials & other tiny treasures.

Each bag holds well over $11 in goodies, but this is really about the magic, the wonder & the joy of discovering what’s hiding inside ✨

We’re open 9am–2pm today if you’d love to come and explore all the joy in store.

Our new Shell Jasper has such a beautiful presence. 🖤

The way the soft cream and grey move through the deep, dark stone that feels like a reminder: we can hold both the light and the shadow, and still feel whole.

When I hold these pieces, I think of the shells we find along the beach. Each one carries its own lines, colours and marks from the journey it has travelled. None needs to look like another. Each journey unique.

To me, Shell Jasper carries a grounding, steady energy. The kind that invites you to slow down, feel your feet beneath you and come back to yourself when life feels a little full.

A stone that reminds us we can be shaped by the tides of life and still remain deeply rooted in ourselves.

5.30pm Restorative Yoga with Renee ….. a gentle pause for your nervous system. Settle into supported shapes, soften your breath and allow yourself to be held.
7pm Heal Ceremony ….. a guided journey into the magic & wonder we hold within

Thursday
6pm Gentle Flow with Ash …..easy movement, breath and a little space to come back to yourself.

Friday
9am Pilates with Alexa ……mindful movement to build strength, steadiness and connection to your body.

Our Amazonite + Free yoga email is currently having a little adventure with our email provider… so while we wait for it to find its way to you, I wanted to share some of its medicine here.

This Amazonite feels very different to the pieces we’ve met before.

Arriving from Pakistan alongside our beautiful new calcites, it carries a deep, grounding and anchoring presence that feels incredibly ancient.

And I feel it carries a message:

It is time to return home.

So many of us have become overstimulated and disconnected from our own inner alignment, while still telling ourselves, “I’m okay,” simply because we feel the need to keep holding everything together.

But if I’m honest, these stones feel as though they are lovingly calling us out on that story.

They are reminding us that coping is not the same as being connected.

Amazonite is traditionally known as a stone of calm, truth and harmony. It connects beautifully with the heart and throat chakras, helping us soften what feels guarded, hear the truth beneath the noise and express ourselves from a more centred place.

But what I’m especially loving about this Amazonite is the way it feels alongside the nervous system and the brain.
