We are so excited for our next Mala Making Workshop ~ Seeds of Intention ~ happening next weekend, and we have just a few spaces still waiting to be filled.

And perhaps most excitingly… a beautiful fresh selection of crystal beads has just arrived, ready for you to intuitively choose from and create something completely your own.

As we begin to feel the first stirrings of spring, this feels like such a beautiful time to gather. To honour the season we’ve journeyed through, clear a little space, and consciously choose what we’d love to grow next.

During the afternoon, you’ll choose the crystals that are calling you, learn the meaning behind the traditional 108-bead mala, and handcraft your own sacred piece, threading each bead with intention as you go.
Our theme is Seeds of Intention, and we’ll be weaving in the energy of Ganesha, remover of obstacles and guardian of new beginnings. A beautiful reminder that we don’t need to know the whole path ahead… we simply need to choose the next seed we’re ready to plant.

Come spend an afternoon creating, connecting and making something filled with your own energy and intention.

This beauty, and the energy of all her Amethyst friends in studio, wishes to be shared with you today. 💜

There is something so deeply grounding with these cut base pieces, they have so much strength & presence …. not simply calming the mind, but bringing us all the way back into the body.

Last night in ceremony the symbol of the Root Chakra, cocooned around use like a rosebud, drawing our energy inward and down… grounding into the earth while allowing the entire physical body and nervous system to soften, settle and harmonise.

And these Amethyst friends feel so similar, as if they are calling you into the safety of their inner cave.

Often thought of as a stone of the higher chakras, Amethyst can also be an incredible anchor….. helping to quieten the noise, soothe an overstimulated nervous system and bring our energy back into balance.

Oh my beyond happiness ✨
Yesterday we officially started creating and trialling all sorts of potions and concoctions in the apothecary… so much so that by the end of the day Shara and I were both on a freaking high and could no longer tell one potion from another

So today, we’re super excited to invite anyone who comes in to have a little play and give us your honest feedback on our new creations…

Our hematite tumbles are the best we’ve ever seen, they stop me in my tracks each day as I pass them as a reminder to come back to presence 🤍

Hematite is one of those beautiful companions that gently anchors us back to the present moment. Known as a stone of grounding, protection and stability, it reminds us to bring our energy home, quiet the busy mind and reconnect with the wisdom of our physical body.

I love watching what everyone is drawn to as they move thru the studio, and the last week or so these tigers eye hearts have captured both children and adults,

Tiger's Eye is such a strong companion of courage, confidence and personal power, reminding us to trust ourselves, honour our intuition and step forward with quiet confidence.

It's gently nudging us to move from "Can I?" to "Why not?" 🤎 From self-doubt... to self-belief 🤎 From hesitation... to action.

And then there's the heart shape….. I absolutely love that this powerful Solar Plexus stone has been carved into the universal symbol of love. It's a beautiful reminder that true confidence isn't about proving ourselves or pushing harder…. it's about leading with heart 🐯

When the wisdom of the Solar Plexus meets the openness of the heart, we find the courage to be unapologetically ourselves.
To trust our path.
To say yes to new opportunities.
To back ourselves with kindness instead of criticism.

Each one carries its own incredible golden bands that seem to dance as they catch the light, making every heart completely unique.

It’s no secret the love affair I hold with moss agate and the stories that each individual piece we receive bring…… once again, that is one of my favourite things about these Moss Agate Turtles ……no two carry the same personality.

Some feel like quiet old souls… gentle, grounding and content to simply remind you to slow down.

Others arrive with a playful curiosity, encouraging you to explore new paths and trust where life is leading.

A few feel like wise guardians, holding a calm, steady presence that reminds you everything is unfolding exactly as it should.

Turtles are a symbol of wisdom, longevity and perseverance. They teach us that there is no need to rush our journey. The strongest foundations are built slowly, with intention, patience and trust.

Combined with the epic energy of Moss Agate, a crystal of growth, abundance and new beginnings, these beauties become a gentle reminder to stay grounded while continuing to grow ✨

I love this time of year, when I begin to feel the possibility of spring… the quiet stirring and awakening beneath my feet.

With the Sun journeying through Leo, there's an invitation to step forward with courage, creativity and heart. And as that energy arrives, Citrine has been calling to be shared.

Leo reminds us to honour our unique gifts and have the courage to be seen….not from a place of ego, but from a place of authenticity. When we allow ourselves to shine our own light, we naturally give others permission to do the same.

Citrine has long been known as a crystal of confidence, optimism and personal empowerment. It encourages us to embrace new possibilities, trust ourselves and remember that the greatest source of abundance has always lived within us.

These beautiful double terminated Citrine points carry a unique energy. With points at both ends, they encourage energy to flow freely in both directions….receiving with openness while sharing with generosity. They're also incredible allies for helping us cut the cords to limiting beliefs and old stories that have kept us from stepping forward with confidence.

And if that wasn't enough magic...
There was one message that came through so clearly in our meditation last night that it's still echoing in my heart today and feels very aligned with the energy these citrine points are holding….

Choose love over fear.
Whenever fear arises, pause. Drop into your heart. Choose love.
Love softens.
Love opens.
Love dissolves what fear can never heal.
