Dear community,
What a busy Saturday it was for us once again yesterday . Whether you are one of our loyal regulars or visiting us for the very first time, we truly want to thank you all for your support and trust.
During the Saturday dinner rush, things became incredibly busy all at once — customers walking in to order, online orders coming through, and phone orders ringing constantly. Even during those hectic moments, we noticed so many of you patiently waiting for your meals with kindness, understanding, smiles, and encouragement. It honestly meant so much to our whole team.
There was one moment in particular that deeply touched us. An elderly gentleman was quietly waiting for his dinner, while unfortunately his order had already been completed and sitting ready for collection. In the rush, we failed to hand it over to him immediately and only realised about 10 minutes later. We felt terrible about the delay, but instead of being upset, he responded with nothing but understanding, kindness, and encouragement toward our team. Moments like this truly remind us how lucky we are to be part of such a wonderful community.
Our team will continue doing our very best to provide everyone with high-quality food and warm service every single day. Thank you again for your patience, support, trust, and kindness — it never goes unnoticed, and we are genuinely grateful to serve such amazing people.
