Goldfields Shopping Centre sits centrally in the Thames Township on the edge of the Firth of Thames. Thames is a comfortable 80 minute drive from Auckland, at the entry point to the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula. ush wilderness as its backdrop with the spectacular Pinnacles walk set in The Kauaeranga Valley and the Thames Coast Road fringed with Pohutukawa. Goldfields is located 5.75 kilometres from the Kopu Bridge roundabout and is situated on the corner of Mary and Queen Streets on State Highway 25, the main access point to the western side of the Coromandel Peninsula. Goldfields has a large Pak n Save supermarket and The Warehouse as anchor tenants, and also many delightful shops servicing the local and tourist markets in a comfortable air-conditioned centre and staff known for their friendly service.

🎄CALLING OUR LOCAL CREATIVES & MAKERS!🎄
Christmas planning is underway at Goldfields Shopping Centre, and this year we really want our community to be part of creating it.
Rather than simply looking outside our area for everything we need, we'd love to find out what amazing creative talent we have right here in our own community.
We are looking for local artists, prop makers, set builders, fabricators, crafty creators and clever DIYers who might be interested in working with us on our Christmas display.
We're keeping the actual plans a little bit secret for now 👀🎁, but our goal is to create something that feels like it belongs to OUR COMMUNITY, with local people involved in bringing it to life.

This Saturday 12 September, the Ulysses Club's Rev & Respect Ride will finish at Goldfields Shopping Centre. Come down, check out the bikes and support a great cause, will all proceeds going to local charities!
