What a fantastic day we had in Hanmer yesterday at the Hanmer Springs Fete. We loved every moment of it, catching up with stallholders that we have not seen over the winter months, all our new and old customers and followers that came and supported us.. we now have a quick turn around with Geraldine Summer Fete on Thursday and then Friday we are on our way to Invercargill for the Southern Crafters and 2 lamp classes..

Look at the snow on the hills, it swept in last night and left us a stunning day today.. we are all set up and trading at Hanmer Springs Fete

We decided to do a new sample of a lamp all done in tiles.. we will have this on show at the Rangiora lamp workshop tomorrow evening

Early morning walks at Caroline Bay, then being lazy and putting the car through the car wash while I sit in it and enjoy a coffee! ☕
Home to tend to the veggie garden, then off to work in the studio I go..
Lamps are all packed for Rangiora on Thursday, now full steam ahead getting ready for the Hanmer Fete! Busy busy but what a glorious weekend full of sun we have had..

Dunedin thank you for your support once again, it was so good to see many repeat customers and is always nice to see some new faces. We were super impressed by an 11 year old absolutely nailing her vase design, those that have done a vase know they can be a wee bit tricky.. What a talented young lady, her design is the last one in the video, check it out

A day in the life of market and lamps.. Had time this morning to get a new coat hanger sanded up before the van was packed and we hit the road to head to Dunedin to do our 1st workshop tonight.. people think its a great life.... that I am still trying to work out.. if you manage to get away for a long weekend, be careful on the roads and enjoy the sun that is shining
