Another very successful Rock and Hop weekend of events done and dusted. Sound provided for the day time stage plus AV sound and lighting in the Bay hall on Fri and Sat nights. The Coyotes band rocked Sat night.

We have just completed our third year going over to Ruatapu (near Hokitika) to provide the staging and roof structure plus sound and lighting for the Living Waters Festival.
Such a beautiful location at the Scenic Waterways site!

Recent events and news: We recently provided sound and lighting for The Bats band as well as for Jazz Patterson live gigs at the Geraldine Cinema ( both were excellent!), lighting and DJ services for the Big Sing secondary schools choir event, plus a few school productions have just been completed. We’ve supplied a large PA for a drum and bass gig at the Sail and Anchor bar. We’ve also had recent hires of party sound systems, projectors and screens for various events and more! A wide and diverse collection of entertainment! We have Ash Grunwald playing this Saturday night in Geraldine and Shaun Kirk ( another blues man) will be playing at Hector Blacks next week (18th Sept). A few tickets are still available for these shows.

Last Friday we once again provided our services for the South Canterbury Chamber or Commerce (SCCC) Business and Community Excellence Awards (BCEA). Audio Dynamite provided all sound, Lighting and vision systems with around 80 sound and video inputs in our VMix vision mixing software played back on the night without issue.
Lighting included Vello moving head wash and profile fixtures for the category winners and dance floor use at the end of the awards. Thanks once again SCCC for your support!

We have just completed another production for Waimate Theatre Co where we provided the sound, lighting and projected backdrops. This was also the first full theatre show programmed on our new Avolites T3 lighting console along with our custom designed road case with dual touch screen monitors. Went like a charm!

It was a real pleasure to provide sound, lighting and projection services for this production! Congrats Craighead on a very polished show thanks to a talented cast and the expert direction of Lucy Bradley (HOD Drama). With our theatre royal having been out of service for so long for many of the school students this could be their first experience of what live theatre is all about. The end of this production really showed the emotional high these kids felt and highlights just how important the arts are in our community!
