I have a couple of Limited Time fragrances for you to try….

*Just Vanilla* - yep, what it says on the label, it’s just vanilla, a warming sweet vanilla scent.

*Santorini* - Inspired by ‘Santorini (Blue Jasmine & Hedera)’ by Glasshouse Fragrances - Blue skies filled with the heady aroma of jasmine flowers and climbing ivy.

If you’d like to try these then get in quick as I’ve only done small batches. $6 each ($3 delivery to Waimate/Timaru central).

I’ll be placing a fragrance order soon so I’ll be looking for some new inspiration. ☺️

Although the picture shows 2 candle burners it is actually a good depiction of the difference between candle burners and electric burners. A candle burner is hotter and so you will get a more intense fragrance but it will lose scent quickly. An electric burner melts at a lower temperature so you get a more mellow longer lasting fragrance.
There’s lots of differences between electric burners too… hot plates, bulbs, leds, plug ins etc. Traditionally the Scentsy burners burn at a lower temperature to accommodate their paraffin wax melts (paraffin wax melts at a lower temperature than soy).
My melts are a soy special blend which have been tested in all types of burners with good results.
And to finish off this essay with a top tip…. If you don’t feel you are getting a good hot throw (technical name for how strong a scent is when melting) then try moving your burner to a different area in your room. Sometimes a change of airflow can make all the difference. Also, for safety reasons remember to only use the smaller 4hr tealights in your candle burners.

I have always offered free delivery to my local (Timaru/Waimate) customers but I’m afraid with increasing costs I will have to start charging $3 per delivery for hand delivered orders.
These charges will take effect from 1st January 2026.
There is also the option of Pass the Parcel courier at $6.45 for local delivery (extra $3.85 for rural).
