💚 Mental Health Awareness Week | 12–18 October 2026

Research highlights five simple actions we can incorporate into our everyday lives— both at work and at home — to build resilience, support our wellbeing, and reduce the risk of mental health challenges.

These actions are known internationally as the Five Ways to Wellbeing:
✅ Connect—Spend time with people who matter to you.
✅ Give—Do something kind or helpful for others.
✅ Take Notice – Be present and appreciate what’s happening around you.
✅ Be Active – Keep your body moving in ways you enjoy.
✅ Keep Learning—Try something new or build on your existing skills.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we encourage everyone to put the Five Ways to Wellbeing into practice. Small, everyday actions can make a meaningful difference—for yourself and for those around you.
