SATURDAY OPENING HOURS UPDATE! ❤️

Just a quick update for you all who were excited to shop with us on a Saturday.

After a lot of discussion and sorting out logistics we are going to open on the FIRST SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH FROM 9 AM TO 1PM.

PUT IT IN YOUR DIARY FOR OCTOBER 3!❤️

We sincerely want to open for Saturday shopping and donating opportunities but we can not commit to every Saturday at this stage due to our current volunteer base already being heavily stretched.

HOWEVER if you feel you have a few hours to spare on a Saturday morning to absolutely commit and assist us we would love to hear from you. If we are able to attract enough volunteers then we could look to open every Saturday. Call into the shop and make an appointment with Grace if you would like to volunteer.

Voluntary work is so rewarding and really connects you to charitable organisation's and to the community in general.

Thank you everyone.

🚫 Illegal Dumping at Tuakau Union Parish Op Shop
**We need your help!!!***
We’re disappointed to find a king‑size mattress dumped outside our premises at 1:38 a.m. this morning.

This is not acceptable behaviour — it’s clearly rubbish and cannot be gifted or sold.

We are a charity, not a disposal site. Every time someone leaves unsellable items like this, it costs us money and time that should be going back into helping families.

If this mattress belongs to you, please come back and collect it.
Let’s all do our part to keep our community clean and respectful.

Thank you to everyone who continues to donate responsibly and support our mission of care and dignity.
