I hear there's a pretty epic concert this weekend at
So we had to get a little creative for some desserts inspired by a few songs

The revolution
A red velvet and light cheesecake whip with chocolate sauce and raspberry coulis
Such a delicious classic combo with a twist!
The raspberry coulis has a nice sharp tang to get the taste buds pumping

Surrender
A white chocolate muscake, chocolate mousse and a raspberry salted caramel sauce. Topped with a choc top sauce.
Surrender to that weird but delicious flavour combo. The raspberry salted caramel. Shes rich and delicious with that tang!

And last but not least

PSA.... our cookie dough slice.... yes its not baked, yes it tastes like its raw cookie dough, its grainy from the sugar not cooking and melting in.
Its all in the name. Cookie dough slice.
Its made with heat treated flour so its safe to eat. There's no eggs in it at all.
Its like eating the left over cookie dough when you make cookies but safe! And filled with deliciousness!!! 😁😁😁
