Well…..Lorraine from The Quirky Magpie and I may have had a little too much fun with this one 😂🙌

There was plenty of laughing, a bit of head scratching, some questionable crafting techniques and more than a few “she’ll be right!” moments 😆 But somehow, with a pile of recycled bits and pieces, a little imagination and two women who probably shouldn’t be left unsupervised with a glue gun, our Waimate Scarecrow Hunt creation came to life!

The Waimate Scarecrow Hunt is such a fun school holiday activity, while also raising funds for deserving community groups. Grab an entry form and map from Value Village Waimate, then make your way around town trying to work out who’s who and checking out all the clever creations along the way.
