This is not acceptable!! The exact reason why we needed a lock to be put on our bin only two months ago. You are on private property. The shop was open. I would've been polite if you had asked permission. You kept looking towards our carpark and roller door to see if anyone saw you. We have to pay the empty fee. Not just a small amount of cardboard either!!!
