I thought that keeping twists out of your Trace-8 tie-in knot was to ensure the security of the knot. Some of my friends say it doesn’t matter. Do twists in the knot reduce its safety?

Congratulations to Laura for a HUGE achievement. It is amazing and inspiring to see how high a level climbing has reached nowadays!

A major accomplishment for 19-year-old Laura Rogora, who had already ticked several routes in the 5.14+ range, including a 5.14d first ascent.
