As always, we'd like to show off our own local Aotearoa talented artists and give them our support ☺️
Here's our newcomers from Matt Hall Glass - aren't they just beautiful? 🥰

Matt Hall is an Auckland based artist who creates a range of glass work using blowing techniques. Hall has been working with glass from the age of 18. Alongside developing his own work he has also assisted a number of leading New Zealand and international glass artists in the creation of their work as an adept assistant.

Technically focused, Hall has a passion for creating minimal, beautiful glass objects that play with light. His work often aims to explore the parameters of the glass process, playing with density, optic effects and the qualities of colour.

Matt currently makes a range of functional glass pieces inspired by early 20th century design including colourful Fulvio bowls .These pieces show the fluid movement of the medium and amuse with optics and a sense of volume.

We have new cuddly friends in the shop 😍

FLATOUTbears are made from 100% Australian sheepskin, all sheepskin varies, which makes each FLATOUTbear unique and special!

In 2001, sisters from Sydney Australia, Sarah and Prue teamed up to create FLATOUTbear and share their love of flat bears with the world.

They also support CEDAC, a Cambodian run NGO and Sunrise Children's Village, how amazing is that!

Give a warm welcome to the Encore shop our new little friends!
These adorable handmade ducks come from designs made in Devon, UK! Then turned into these cute little guys using harvested bamboo roots and off-cuts that would've gone to waste in Indonesia. Come check them out! 🦆
