I’m always amazed by how much the frame colour can change the look and feel of the same dried flower artwork.

It’s one of the reasons I’m now offering black frames alongside my white and natural wood options.

My personal favourite - I love how it adds warmth and celebrates the natural beauty of dried flowers. It’s perfect if you love an earthy, rustic look.

🤍 White 🤍

Feels fresh, bright and timeless and lets the flowers really shine, especially on a white or neutral wall.

🖤 Black 🖤

Gives the artwork a bold, contemporary feel. It’s a close second favourite as I love how it draws your eye straight to the flowers.

There isn’t a right or wrong choice—it really just comes down to individual style and the feeling you want the artwork to create.

Finding the perfect leaving gift for a treasured colleague can be tricky. Fresh flower bouquets are a traditional go-to, but if you want something more long lasting, a dried flower frame is an excellent choice 🌷

In December I thought I’d take a casual short break from social media. And now here we are in MAY!! 😅

When it comes to Christmas wreaths, I’m all about the classic red and green. But I can never resist adding a few pops of pink 🩷

These beauties were made for a recent custom order, and they’re a lovely example of how small colour tweaks can make a classic colour palette a little more special.

My daughter Kate and I are proudly Team Christmas! It’s definitely my favourite time of year—filling the house with decorations, singing carols, and enjoying fun times with family and friends.

This big, bright flower frame will be coming to my website this week! It’s filled with some of my favourite dried flowers — all wonderfully easy to dry and brilliant at holding their colour:

❤️ Strawflowers (Helichrysum)
🩷 Larkspur
🧡 Statice
💙 Cornflowers
💛 Billy buttons (Craspedia)
💜 Lavender
💚 Honeywort (Cerinthe)

Most of these beauties are super easy to grow from seed (late winter to early spring is ideal). And if you’re short on time, you may be able to find them as seedlings right now from your local flower grower or garden centre 🌷
