I’ve spent the last couple of weeks on the shop floor and have come away feeling incredibly proud of our team and so appreciative of the customers who continue to choose Tea Pea.
We’ve built a team who are knowledgeable, fun and, above all, incredibly genuine in how much they care for every Tea Pea customer.
Spending time with so many of you has been a lovely reminder that Tea Pea is what it is because of the people on both sides of the counter.
Sometimes I think the shop floor resembles more of a cocktail party, with everyone chatting to each other.
It’s so nice when vision and reality get together. Grateful for all who are on our journey.
