Kia ora,

Following the Government’s announcement the Covid-19 Protection Framework (traffic light system) will end at 11.59pm on Monday, 12 September 2022.

The end of the traffic light system means all government mask wearing requirements have been removed, so customers and team members aren’t required to wear masks while shopping at Four Square – but you can if you want or need to.

Four Square says a very big THANK YOU to all our teams and customers for their continued support and mahi with keeping New Zealanders safe throughout the pandemic.

Customers and team members who test positive for Covid-19 are currently required to isolate for seven days, so please get a friend or neighbour to shop for you if you need groceries.

Thank you so much for all your support along the way, we really do appreciate it, this is a real milestone, you’ve been incredible.

Due to the extreme weather last Friday night we had multiple areas of the bar that were saturated by internal leaks behind the scenes.
We tried to keep trading but with a limited food menu for most of the weekend, but after discussions today with our contractors, we unfortunately have to advise we will now be closed until Thursday this week so we can make repairs to the property.
I will be personally calling all bookings for Monday-Wednesday over the next few hours to apologise in person.
I will note that our team did an amazing job over the weekend in very trying circumstances and I'm absolutely gutted to have to close for a few days seeing everyone was loving how busy we have been for Wellington on a Plate with our amazing burger!

We apologise for any inconvenience that may be had, and look forward to seeing everyone from Thursday onwards!

Ok, so I know it's WOAP and everyone is going crazy for our amazing burger, but tonight is Pie night! Our take on the Kiwi Cornish Pastie is just so tasty that the boss already is calling his mother say this is better than hers!

Don't waste time at home, come on down for the pie or WOAP burger!
Did I mention we also have a quiz tonight!?
