We have been wanting to make a Hojicha Dark Chocolate bar for quite some time, and when Ken from Moegi introduced us to Kaga Hojicha, we knew it was the perfect match. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Unlike standard hojicha made from roasted tea leaves, Kaga Hojicha is crafted from roasted green tea stems. The result is beautifully smooth and aromatic, with gentle earthy notes, a subtle umami finish, and no bitterness at all. ๐ŸŒฟโœจ๏ธ
