Daylight Saving tips ⏰ We know that 1-hour change can take a little getting used to, especially for little ones. So, here are a few simple ways to help make the transition a bit easier:
️⃣ Ease into the change: If you can, shift naps, bedtime and wake-up time by 10–15 minutes over a few days.
️⃣ Keep the room dark: Early morning light can make it harder to stay asleep, so blackout blinds or curtains can help.
️⃣ Stick to their usual routine: Familiar sleep cues and a consistent bedtime routine can help little ones know it’s time to wind down, even when the clock says otherwise.
️⃣ Keep things calm: White noise can help block out household sounds, while a familiar sleep sack can provide comfort as they settle.
