It’s been a long time since we’ve posted an update. The shop has been closed all year due to stuff in our personal lives that will remain unmentioned. Now I’m making it official: Food Court Books is closing down permanently.

But we still have thousands of books! So I’m having big sale! Come through on the weekend of 9-10 July and buy some sweet sweet literature on the CHEAP! I’ll be in the store from 10am to 7pm, with some lovely little gremlins helping me out.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Food Court over the years. I hope you’re all doing well.

Happy holidays! We are finishing up our last day in the shop for 2021 today. Thank you so much for all your support and love of books this year! See you all in the new one! We’ve officially finished one year of book club. Excited to announce we’ll be continuing on for the duration of 2022!! This is a great opportunity to start or renew a subscription. Right now, if you sign up for a full year with us you save $60 off the monthly price, and you’ll also get a free Food Court Books tote bag if you order online before Jan 1. It might seem like a big commitment, but if you can do it, knowing we have that support for the full year allows us to get the numbers right and plan further ahead for the next books!! We are so excited to keep this up with you all for another 12 months. And as long as we are still at orange or green levels, we’ll be hosting the January meeting at the shop (for all vax pass-using members of the club) - with a Zoom link for any who can’t make it in person, for whatever reason. This means we’re bringing the hot chips back, babey! 🍟🥰
