Another op shop doll change! I love finding these home made rag dolls, striping them back and looking at them for a while till I get inspired by what style each one reminds me of. This time it took me back to the old Victorian hand made dolls made of wood or white porcelain. I’m happy with how she turned out and might put a gloss finish on her face. 😉

Kia ora koutou, I have decided to sell an extra My Child I picked up when I bought one for an early birthday present for myself a little while ago. I want to sell this little sweety for $80 plus postage. She is in beautiful condition but the previous seller did point out that she has a couple of hairline cracks under the surface of the eyes which you can’t feel to touch.
