A little update on what’s been happening behind the scenes.

Yesterday I sent this email out to everyone on my newsletter list, and I’ve honestly been so touched by the beautiful response. So many people reached out saying they’d love to see online classes and gatherings happening — which I’m actually really excited about too.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support my little business, whether you’ve been here for years or have only recently found me. It truly means more than you know.

I’ve got all the decks in for my Tarot Class in June, which always makes everything feel so real and gets me excited to gather everyone together for a magical day of learning, playing, reading, and diving into tarot together. Today's card is so on point! The Tor Gate — The Portal is Opening

Next Friday we have Samhain which marks the Celtic New Year — a sacred threshold where the veils thin and the realms draw close. Here, you are invited to honour those who have transitioned from the terrestrial into the celestial.

Yet remember — the absence of a physical body does not equal wisdom. Be discerning. Choose carefully who and what you connect with, including ancestral lines. Not all voices are aligned with your highest path.

If you step through this gateway, do so consciously. Protected. Aware. You are held between worlds now — seen and unseen energies move around you. Watch for symbols, signs, and subtle guidance revealing your next step. Call upon your trusted allies — those you know in your bones — to walk beside you.

This gate is not just an ending. It is initiation. A crossing. A sacred pause between who you have been and who you are becoming. Trust the stillness here. There is wisdom in retreat, in reflection, in allowing parts of yourself to rest before they are reborn.

I'm creating a sacred gathering for Samhain which will include an activity around protection, if you are interested in coming along message me. It will cost $33 to cover my time and resources.

I’ve been having the best fun this week playing with some beautiful new decks that have come into the shop — honestly, I’m a bit in love.

Avalon Visions is just so soft and lovely to work with, Symbolic Tarot has such a unique feel, and Venus Rising… wow, such a gorgeous energy. I’ve also been diving into these mini decks — Talisman & Tokens, Animal Guides, and Work Your Light, which is now available in a pocket edition.

And I have to say, Witch’s Way Home is still an absolute top-notch favourite, while Dark Moon is deep, powerful, and not holding back.

I’ve also started reading The Magdalene Revolution, and if you haven’t explored the story and energy of Mary Magdalene before, I really recommend it. It feels especially important right now, with the rise of the divine feminine — and yes, I’m here for it!

Also, a little reminder — the Tarot Workshop is coming up at the end of May. If you’ve been thinking about learning tarot, winter is honestly the perfect time to cosy up, hibernate a little, and deepen your practice. All the details on the website.

I’m also feeling into running more classes and circles… spaces where we can come together, connect, and do ritual work. I’ll share more soon once I have dates set — it feels really exciting.

Lately I’ve been focusing on small shifts — eating better, clearing space, bringing my art out of cupboards and back onto the walls.

It made me realise just how much Temperance isn’t about big change… it’s about gentle, everyday recalibration.
