It was so good to see everyone at the Davis Lecture Theatre for the launch of Salt Quilt – the new poetry collection by Airini Beautrais.

We were treated to Airini reading a selection of her poems, and our very own Lesley enjoyed sharing the story behind the maker of the Depression-era quilt, her auntie Kathleen Lockett.

If you missed the launch, we have signed copies of Salt Quilt on the shelves at Paige's Book Gallery now. Pop in and grab one, or order your copy online here: paigesbooks.com/products/salt-quilt
