Finally, finally I have uploaded my first e-book 'The Calling' onto Kindle/Amazon. I am just waiting for it to be reviewed and be available to the public. For some reason I can't get the cover onto this post. I will work on getting a quality image sorted.

Book One of my young Adult trilogy, The Calling is almost ready to upload on Amazon/ Kindle. I probably would have completed it by now except Christmas and visitors came along - which is always nice - and so I have put it aside until a quieter time.
Can't believe 2020 is finished and here we are: 2021. Will write an update once my book is uploaded.

Almost Finished Francesca Fantail shifts to Totara Grove. This is book three of the Francesca Fantail books and it's been great fun to write. Fran Fantail inherits a restaurant situated at Totara grove from her Uncle Fallow, but her second cousin Weaslen is very unhappy. He feels the restaurant should be his.

Gosh, a bit slack to see the last time I posted on this page was November last year. But a lot has happened including being locked down on a four and a half thousand acre farm while NZ got rid of Covid-19. Maybe it's gone maybe not, anyway I sorted out my novel THE CALLING and it has now gone to the editor for a professional look over. so while I am waiting I am writing Book 3 of my Francesca Fantail stories. These are only in print form at the moment but I plan to get them up as E-Books by the end of the year.

Over the last few years I have written a Young Adult Trilogy. The Calling, The Sword and The Prophecy. All three books are finished so now I am editing them. Hopefully they will be available initially as e-books early next year. It's been an exciting journey working on them.

I went to a writers conference - Omega writers - in Adelaide at the end of October. Really enjoyed my time. Met great people, learned more about the writing craft - a worthwhile time.

Have been working on a new story - The Dragon Queen. The story just popped into my head and has been coming along quite nicely. I have also received the edited copy of Timothy Tui and the Gannet back so need to tidy that up and get it into the publishing process - am looking forward to that
