🚨The gift/decor shop side of the business is now closed. It’s been quite a mission settling up a 35 year old business with 25 years in Winton on the main street.
The flower side will recommence January 26. In the mean time I’ll be setting up a home workshop. From that date all orders will still be taken by phone, as before, on ….027 434 5223 with Free Winton township delivery. Please do phone for alternative flower supply options for Dec/Jan.

Well that was a frantic last few days. Thank you all for your custom over the last 35yrs. Merry Christmas.
(I’ll be at the shop tomorrow Sunday 7 Dec 12noon to 1pm for those collecting furniture and larger items).

Deadline looming ….. furniture has to go! I’ve put these peices up on TradeMe with starter price well less in most cases than original sale price. There are no reserves. . (In recent years I’ve been using the furniture as shop fittings). Access the listings here…..click on ‘sellers other listings’. They close Friday evening Nov 28 between 7:00pm and 7:30pm. Must be collected by Saturday Dec 6.

Flower customers…. i‘ve had to suspend the flower side of Country Matters till the New Year as I close the gift /decor side down. A gift of very boozy Christmas cake inspired this ‘hybrid’ design. Added chips of glacé mango and ginger …. finished with a Grand Marnier dessert sauce drizzle.
