Al Madina Logistics always implements the highest quality standards. Recently Al MadinaLogistics is audited for the quality certificate ISO 22000:2005 by TUV requirements for a food safety management system in the food chain Supply chain ability to control food safety hazards in order to ensure that food is safe at the time of human consumption. In addition to ISO 22000 certification, AMLS is also certified with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001.
AMLS Warehouses and Distribution Centre are designed to be able to manage multi clients and wide range of products. The facilities are equipped to handle the complexities or Pharmaceutical operations, the throughput of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), the safety mechanisms of storage and handling for Chemicals and the Cold Chain Management controls for FMCG that require special storage conditions and handling requirement.

Storage Types:
Selective Pallet Racked Ambient Zones
Current projection of more than 40,000 Pallet Positions with a positive air tunnel that is networked across the ambient facility monitors and controls the humidity to ensure ambient temperature does not exceed 35 Degree Celsius.
Bulk Storage Ambient Zones
Current projection of more than 15,000 SQ M with a positive air tunnel that is networked across the ambient facility monitors and controls the humidity to ensure ambient temperature does not exceed 35 Degree Celsius.
Temperature Controlled
Current projection of more than 18,700 sq m with multiple chambers are designed at optimum sizes with independent switchboards to facilitate specific temperature settings for each chamber ranging from of 12° C to 25°C.
Freezer & Chiller
Current projection of more than of 26,000 sq m with multiple chambers with independent switchboards to facilitate various temperature setting for each chamber between the range of range of - 30° to + 14° and equipped with state-of-the-art, fully automated Automatic Storage/Retrieval System (AS/RS).
Specialized Services:
Client-specific Distribution Centre
With dedicated chamber operations we are able to switch chambers fast and easily to operate independently for client-specific operations within 72 hours from order confirmation.
Pick & Pack Services
All areas of our facility are designed to operate both as a bulk Warehouses or as Distribution Centers. With the application of a cutting edge Warehouse Management System (WMS) and high productivity storage and handling systems, we are able to pick and pack 16 lines per hour using the conventional method and 60 lines per hour using automated systems.
