For thousands of years, alpacas have held a sacred place within Andean life, tradition, and cosmology.

Their fiber was once reserved for royalty and ceremonial use, and the art of weaving carried far more than function... it carried story, lineage, symbolism, and identity.

In many Andean communities, weaving is still practiced by hand today using ancestral techniques passed down through generations. A slower way of creating that is deeply connected to the land, natural materials, and cultural memory.

Q’ente was born from a deep reverence for these traditions and the artisans who continue to carry them forward.

In a world of mass production and disconnection, it feels important to remember that craftsmanship still matters. Heritage still matters.

And it is our sacred responsibility to help keep these traditions alive.

Q’ente Cacao is officially here. 🤎🌈🤎

A cacao that has become such a beautiful medicine in our own lives through healing, creativity, grief, growth, and gathering.

What began as a personal ritual slowly became something we felt deeply called to share.

Sourced through relationships with families and farmers in Guatemala and Peru, this cacao carries so much intention, care, and reverence for the land behind it.

Again and again, we’ve witnessed how cacao softens people open, brings hearts together, creates moments of presence and connection, and reminds us of the medicine of simply being human together.

Q’ente means hummingbird, a symbol of joy, resilience, and connection woven throughout Andean tradition. It felt like the perfect name for what we hope this offering carries into the world.

So grateful to finally share this with you. ✨

All the love and the simple, pure way of living are woven into each textile. We support families in the Andes out of deep devotion to keeping this wisdom alive for future generations. From this heart passion, and through our precious relationships between Q’ente and this families , these communities touch a profound and priceless part of our lives. They are transforming the way we walk our individual journeys. We truly believe that tradition can heal what has been forgotten; it carries and keeps alive the past, the present, and the future.
