I have attended your real estate seminar and read one of your book as well. I am interested to go into real estate investing.

So beginning of this year, I went home (Kavieng) and located a land (customary land), did half payment of the total cost and secured the piece of land. I am now working towards paying of the balance by June this year. I plan to set up a house and rent it out since the area is in close proximity to town.

In the process, I was advised that there is a process (from Lands Dept and offices in Provinces) on how to go about purchasing customary lands from land owners and then go into applying for a land title. I am now working on this process. God is always good and His timing is always perfect 🙏🙏
