Gach Yeu Craft We are a couple (Mom and Dad) doing crafts and offer personalized giveaway, gift, invitations for all occasions We are couple who do the crafting.

Both of us have office work on daytime and children to look after so please bear with us. We usually do the layout and crafts at night and on weekends. We are trying to answer all the inquiries as mush as we can. Since we are working couples too, we cannot offer rush services on some items and to avoid poor quality on the items. Lead Time:
ONE to TWO weeks processing upon layout approval (depend

on the item)
For seasonal months (November to January) processing will be TWO to THREE weeks
Note that shipping days is not included on lead time. Shipping fee will be shoulder by the client. No meet ups as we are observing safety for both our clients and for ourselves as well. Payment:
We required 50% down payment prior starting the layout and remaining balance prior shipping the item (screen shot of payment is needed). Payment can be send thru:

Cancellation of Orders:
Upon 50% down payment, there will be no refund as we use it to buy the materials so please make sure of your orders.
