"At first nag doubt ako, dahil hindi ako mabilis mag trust sa product pag di na imbestigahan And as a marketing graduate, aware ako dito. So, nag try ako after my investigation.
I was taking dr vira garcinia after then I started my journey . In just 1 week, a workmate noticed that I somehow lose weight. OMG besh! Lumaki tenga ko! Yung braso ko daw lumiit din, napapano daw ako? I didn`t tell anyone yet for I know there`s no changes on my eating habit. On my 2nd week, I did notice that the amount of food I consume is lesser than what I regularly consumed during our breaks. Lumiit na yung kain ko, di tulad before na PG besh! I feel full already?. My body is giving me signals how much food should I take. Before kasi hindi eh, lafang lang ng lafang. On my 3rd week, after gaining so many commendations nag check kilo na ako. A month ago, I was 62 kilos...

BONGGANG 58 kilos! Not bad for 3 weeks! Wala pang exercise yan? 🙂 . Tinigil ko na yung diet na walang kain, di rin kasi healthy yun.
Umiinom lang ako ng dr.vita Garcinia Cambogia 30 minutes before kumain. Wala nang kakapusan sa Oxygen besh pag hagdan, wala na ding bloated na tyan pero may tyan pa rin ako haha! Umpisa pa lang ng journey ko to` to be a better version of myself.
