JOB MISSION:
The incumbent shall be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines involving all JCC
Premier Land Development Inc., projects.
He/She will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
Coordinate with the assigned site engineer/s of the contractor as well as with the Architect/Designer of the project.
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and
specifications.
Interact daily with the contractor assigned personnel to interpret their needs and requirements and
represent the company, JCC Premier Land Development Inc., in the field.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance)
and report regularly on project status.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project site engineer's to
provide assistance and technical support required from the project owner.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Review, recommend and submit to Project Owner/General Manager all Change Job Orders
endorsed and recommended by the Contractor/Architect/Designer.
Shall be in-charge of ECC compliance and other government required permits and compliances.
