Tamayuc is an innovative and socially responsible small-scale enterprise (SME) for entrepreneurial and cultural development empowering rural communities to create livelihoods through their traditional crafts. We create and market unique home storage baskets, bags, and accessories, using weaving techniques for contemporary markets, providing meaningful employment opportunities for single parents a

nd their children in the Angeles City of Pampanga, following the devastating COVID-19 pandemic. In October 2018 Our designer creative is contemplating launching a native design that is lasting and enduring any type of season, that can be used in all households with a millennial touch of design to go along with the fashion trends. She wanted to make it sustainable for all solo parents or single moms in her area while at the same time helping to restore the Kampampangan local economy, particularly in the weaving industry. Before she realized her love for weaving she is a digital marketer and a blogger with an innate passion for design. Her weaving skills have been developed during her playful creative years as a child. She aims to help the restoration of livelihood recovery in her town. Due to the pandemic, the loss of this key industry and setbacks it has left over a thousand workers without income opportunities to rebuild their crumbled homes. Her inspiration came from observing the community she is in. Her vision to inspire a new grass-roots approach to livelihood restoration is born. Instead of asking donors to merely back a nonprofit project, she would like to show the world a new life directly into a promising business that can immediately resume production and provide sustainable livelihood to hundreds of local weavers, farmers, and artisans in her town.
