Yesterday, I was honestly heartbroken seeing so many rejects. 🥺

During final QC, some pins were loosening—even with just a small drop. I knew something wasn’t right because this is NOT the quality I expect from my button pins.

So I kept telling my husband, “Please check the machine. Something is wrong.” 😅

Turns out, some screws had loosened. After fixing it, here’s the result. 👇

Durability test: HAGIS. BAGSak. Still intact.

This is the quality I want for every Yamila Studio button pins.

Why does costing matter?

Kasi behind every finished product, may kwento. May mga unang gawa na hindi naging okay. May wasted materials, failed prints, maling sukat, revisions, at ilang beses na pag-ulit bago masabi na, “Okay na ’to.”

Minsan, ilang rejects pa bago matutunan kung ano talaga ang tamang gawin. And honestly, part lahat ’yan ng costing.

Hindi lang materials ang binabayaran. Kasama rin ang oras, effort, wastage, tools, at lahat ng learning na nangyayari behind the scenes.
