Did you know that the length of time it takes to marinate a chicken depends on how it's cut?

Kapag whole chicken, it takes 4-12 hours para ma-absorb ng meat ang marinade. For breast cuts and skinless thigh cuts, mga 1-4 hours naman. Kung magluluto naman kayo ng chicken wings at drumsticks, ideal marination time is 2-6 hours.
