Ang Lilial ay isang synthetic fragrance ingredient na karaniwang ginagamit para sa โ€œfloralโ€ na amoy (katulad ng lily-of-the-valley note) sa mga pabango, lotions, shampoos, soap, at iba pang personal care products.

Sa mga pag-aaral ng Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS) sa EU, natuklasan na ang lilial โ€œcannot be considered as safeโ€ sa parehong rinse-off at leave-on kosmetiko dahil sa posibilidad nitong makapinsala sa fertility at sa pag-unlad ng fetus. Issue on Reproductive toxicity (nakaka-apekto sa reproduksiyon).
