Depression is real, but so is God.
The pain is real. The exhaustion is real. The silent battles are real.
But so is His presence. So is His grace. So is His ability to carry people through seasons they thought would break them.

God is not distant from the hurting. He is near to the brokenhearted and gentle with weary souls. You do not have to pretend to be okay to be loved by Him.

Even in darkness, He remains faithful. 🙏🏻
