ANNOUNCEMENT

Hindi pa rin po tayo makakapagpatuloy sa distribution ng abono sa ilalim ng DA dahil po sa pag-extend nila ng kanilang maintenance activity hanggang August 6, Martes.

Magpapaskil na lang po kami kung kailan po ulit matutuloy ang distribution sa ilalim ng programa. Maraming salamat po sa inyong pag-unawa.

Please be advised that we will be extending the maintenance activities for the Interventions Monitoring Platform (IMP) from July 30, 2024 12:01PM until August 6, 2024 12:00NN.

The team was able to initially determine the root cause of the issue in collaboration with our service provider. We are currently taking the necessary actions and are implementing measures to resolve the issues and improve the server and application security. The activities are closely coordinated with our service provider.

ATTENTION:
Hihinto po muna ang distribution ng abono sa ilalim ng DA dahil po sa maintenance ng system ng ahensiya. Muli po tayong magpapamigay ng abono sa ilalim ng programa sa July 31, Miyerkules.

ADVISORY:
Please be advised that we will be conducting emergency maintenance on the Interventions Monitoring Platform (IMP) on July 23, 2024 12:00NN until July 30, 2024 12:00NN.

As reported by the end users last Sunday, July 21, 2024 that they are not able to properly transact in the Intervention Management Platform (IMP). The team has escalated the issue to our service provider for the initial assessment. We are extensively determining the root cause of the problem and at the same time putting in place additional security measures on the infrastructure including the application and the database.
