Close nga kayo ng mga tauhan mo, pero wala naman silang respeto.

Dito madalas nagkakatalo ang leadership.

Maraming boss ang gustong maging “okay” sa team.

Yung walang naiilang.
Yung walang nagagalit.
Yung lahat komportable.

So kapag may mali,
hinahayaan mo muna.

May late?
“Okay lang.”

May kulang sa output?
“Next time na lang.”

May attitude issue?
“Pag-usapan muna ulit.”

At sa una, mukhang mabait.
Mukhang understanding.

Pero habang tumatagal,
may nangyayari sa team.

Rules become flexible.
Deadlines become suggestions.
Standards become negotiable.

Hindi mo napapansin,
pero napapansin nila.

Because teams always study the leader.

Kapag nakikita nilang walang consequence ang mali,
nag-aadjust sila.

Not to your expectations.
But to your tolerance.

Let’s be clear.

❌ Approval over authority
✅ Clear expectations

❌ Comfort over correction
✅ Consistent rules

❌ Sympathy over standards
✅ Direct leadership

Hindi mo kailangang maging harsh.
Pero kailangan maging malinaw.

Because respect doesn’t grow from being liked.
It grows from being consistent.

At kapag pabago-bago ang paninindigan mo,
kahit gaano ka kabait,

mahihirapan silang seryosohin ka.

Leadership is not about pleasing the room.
It’s about protecting the standard.

Kung mas mahalaga sa’yo ang approval,
sino ang nagse-set ng direction ng team mo?
