🚨 WE’RE HIRING: OPERATIONS MANAGER

ESPS Household Supplies Trading
📍 Bocaue, Bulacan | On-Site
📌 Trial Position → Potential Long-Term Role

ESPS is looking for an Operations Manager who can help us build a more organized, accountable, efficient, and AI-powered business operation.

This is NOT just an admin position.

We need someone who can manage people, systems, numbers, processes, and technology.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

✅ Experience in Admin & Operations
✅ Knowledge or experience in Accounting / Bookkeeping
✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✅ Experienced in purchasing, inventory, records, orders, and documentation
✅ Can create and implement SOPs and checklists
✅ Can supervise employees and enforce accountability
✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
✅ Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
✅ Knowledgeable in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI platforms
✅ Able to use AI to improve administrative and operational processes
✅ Can identify repetitive tasks and develop systems or automation
✅ Takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

📋 Develop and implement SOPs
📊 Create and monitor KPIs
📦 Manage orders, inventory, purchasing, and warehouse coordination
💰 Maintain operational and financial records
👥 Supervise and evaluate team members
🤖 Implement AI-assisted workflows and automation
⚙️ Improve inefficient processes
📈 Prepare operational reports for management
🔍 Identify problems before they become costly mistakes

THE ESPS STANDARD:

We are looking for someone who takes ownership.

When something goes wrong:

We find the facts, fix the problem, and improve the system.

TRIAL PERIOD:

This position will begin with a performance-based trial period.
