Fishbook was birthed from a desire to inspire and help others have an appreciation and hunger for God's word -The Bible, and then to put these timeless truths into action. Like our page, Hit SEE FIRST, and share timeless truths from the Bible. It is easy to read the Bible but we honestly don't have the motivation and discipline to do so, usually coming up with reasons like we don't have time for i

t, or that its too complicated to understand. The reality is, people spend more time reading their friends' Facebook status, laboriously spending time to like, comment and even post arguments, many also pour out hours of uploading pictures or videos and engage their friends in the comment box. Facebook has done a great thing in making connecting to others easy, yet it can end up distracting us and causing us to consume all our time on all things imaginable except reading the Bible, the one thing we really should be exerting effort to love and discover truths from...We realize there has to be a better way! In Matthew 4:19, Jesus said to His disciples, "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." How about using this platform where people spend most of their time daily (Facebook) to spreading and sharing God's word?! God really gave this idea to reach out to people who struggle with reading and sharing His word. Fishbook,by default helps people automatically read the word of God and receive inspirational words from other people. It is our hope and prayer that people would begin to give more time to God than anything or anyone else. Let's all follow JESUS and be fishers of men!
